Construction Stage Design

At this stage, we collaborate with consultants such as Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Quantity Surveyors to ensure the design is robust and compliant with regulations.
The resulting Construction Drawings allow multiple builders to provide quotes for competitive pricing and serve as the foundation for applying for Building Regulations approval, ensuring the project meets all standards before construction begins.
